WHY THIS
EXISTS.
Network investigations still mean jumping between looking glasses, registries and policy databases. Missing data is easily mistaken for a clean result, while a single routing signal can be overstated as proof of an incident.
// Network intelligence with receipts
An evidence-first analysis surface for ASNs, IP addresses and prefixes that brings BGP, RPKI, IRR, registration and public peering context into one inspectable view.
PeerCortex is live and publicly documented, while its working source repository is not currently mirrored on public GitHub.
Network investigations still mean jumping between looking glasses, registries and policy databases. Missing data is easily mistaken for a clean result, while a single routing signal can be overstated as proof of an incident.
PeerCortex keeps each source and its freshness visible, separates unavailable, missing and partial evidence, and refuses to turn observations into unsupported verdicts. The same bounded analysis is available through the web interface and eleven read-only MCP tools.
ASN, IP and prefix lookups connect routing observations, origin authorization, registry data and public peering context.
Unavailable, not-found, degraded and unevaluated evidence remain different states instead of collapsing into a reassuring score.
Read-only tools expose bounded lookup, BGP, RPKI, peering and routing-control evidence to compatible agent workflows.
