At community events, reporting misconduct or safety concerns can feel harder than the incident itself. Generic forms provide little confidence about who will see a report, what happens next or whether a reporter can follow up safely.
FOGHORN accepts reports without requiring an account, returns a private reference for status tracking and keeps follow-up conversation inside the case. A restricted review workspace supports triage, escalation and resolution, with reports deliberately kept out of AI processing.
People can submit a detailed concern and optional evidence without making platform registration the first barrier.
A private reference gives the reporter status, progress and a channel for continued conversation without exposing their identity.
Review, escalation and resolution remain with the authorized team; report content is not sent through an AI decision loop.
